When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for an order to ship.

What payment methods do you accept?

The following payment methods are accepted:

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Our earring hooks are hypoallergenic. Although the earring hooks we buy are advertised as nickel-free, it is possible they may contain a trace amount. Our jump rings are metal alloy and contain some nickel per the manufacturer.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. All orders ship with tracking numbers.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted. Should there be any issues with your order, please contact me using the form in the Contact page.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once I ship an item, anything else is out of my hands. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages and am unable to provide a refund or replacement.

I ship using USPS Ground Advantage and this service comes with shipping insurance up to $100. Should your package get lost, you may file a claim within 60 days with the tracking number provided. Should you need additional documentation for your claim, please contact me using the form in the Contact page.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the current tariff climate, I am only shipping to the United States.
